Dr. Himani Singh is renowned Social Worker, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist and Educationist with 15+ years of rich experience of working in a different social development and welfare projects in different capabilities starting from grassroots to top-most management level with a geographical exposure in the states of Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh.

She has studied PhD in Educational Technology from Banasthali University, Rajasthan, B.Ed , M.Ed from HNB Central University Srinagar, Garhwal Uttarakhand Taught as Professor in Education in Drona's College of Education and Management , RIE - Regional College Ajmer, Pestle Weed College Mussoorie, Saraswati College of Education, Sawai Madhopur Rajasthan etc Then associated with .Green Berry RKG Foundation, IPE Global Centre for Knowledge and Education, Lucknow, Vodafone Foundation, New Delhi were the names of few prestigious organizations she associated with during 2008 to 2022. In a nutshell, she is in an institution in herself, especially when we talk about the domain of innovative education, teacher's training and informal teaching practices etc. following her contribution towards it. She has been associated and guiding the team of Aaruhi Vikash Sansthan since 2020. 

He served the state being in Uttar Pradesh State Police Department in different locations for over 45+ years. Based of his vast experience and exposure, his values, belief, ideas and attitude, he always has of the opinion that the best way of serving the mankind is through securing the available options of livelihoods for disadvantaged, marginalised and underprivilaged communities with noble aim of mainstreaming them through inclusive strategies. 

Hence he decided to go with his passion even after his retirement and found few professionals from different walks of life to carry further his passion into reality in the best interests of mankind. The "AARUHI VIKASH SANSTHAN" is now a reality. 

He is seeing a bright and prosperous state for generations to come in the association of government, non government and corporate agencies.

She hails from an orthodox rural family with a weak economic background. Hence having a vast experience of living with limited resources, so always been very practical, innovative and enthusiastic in the creation of low cost and resources based livelihoods for self and family. She has always been passionate about motivating other fellow women from her village and surrounding for taking up socially acceptable and dignified entrepreneurial activities to earn income through marketing & selling their handcrafted products and services.

Based on her 40+ years of experience of working with rural women, she now has the opinion that promoting gender equity, imparting skills and girls education as the key for overall holistic development of society. To carry her passion, she associates herself with the organization in the best interests of the state and its people.

Damu Nageshwar M.Sc (Chemistry), M.A (Social Work) from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur and Diploma in Computer Programming and System Management from All India Computer Education Society, New Delhi, is a multifaceted individual, encompassing roles as a social activist, development professional, business & life coach, and entrepreneur. With over 25 years of distinguished career experience, he specializes in promoting skills-based livelihoods in emerging markets. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with prestigious agencies such as the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Madhya Pradesh (CEDMAP), MART, New Delhi, All India Institute of Local Self Government, Mumbai (AIILSG), and Regional Centre for Urban and Environmental Studies, Mumbai (RCUES), among others. Driven by a passion for holistic development, Mr. Nageshwar has dedicated the past 29 years to uplifting the poor, marginalized, and underprivileged segments of society. His expertise spans creative writing, research & development, audio-visual process documentation, coaching & consulting, social & professional networking, and market development. With extensive geographical exposure across various states of India, including Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Goa, Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Karnataka, Kerala, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Odisha, Pondicherry, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, and West Bengal, he brings a nuanced understanding of diverse communities and cultures.
