With over 19 years of extensive experience, she is recognized as a prominent Social Worker, Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, and Educationist. Her professional journey spans from grassroots to top management levels, impacting social development and welfare projects across Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Singh completed her doctoral studies in Educational Technology at Banasthali University, Rajasthan. She also holds qualifications in B.Ed and M.Ed from HNB Central University, Srinagar, Garhwal, Uttarakhand. Throughout her career, she has served as a Professor in Education at esteemed institutions such as Drona's College of Education and Management, RIE - Regional College Ajmer, Pestle Weed College Mussoorie, and Saraswati College of Education, Sawai Madhopur, Rajasthan. Her professional affiliations include renowned organizations like Green Berry RKG Foundation, IPE Global Centre for Knowledge and Education, and Vodafone Foundation, where she contributed significantly from 2008 to January 2024. Dr. Singh's expertise lies in innovative education, teacher training, and informal teaching practices, making her a pivotal figure in the field. Since 2020, she has been actively involved with Aaruhi Vikash Sansthan, providing guidance and leadership to the team. Dr. Himani Singh epitomizes an institution herself, embodying a wealth of knowledge and experience in the realm of education and social development. 

Mr. Luvkush Singh brings with him a distinguished career of over 45 years within the Uttar Pradesh State Police Department, serving the state in various capacities. Upon retirement from the Uttar Pradesh State Government, his dedication to serving mankind led him to believe that securing livelihood options for disadvantaged, marginalized, and underprivileged communities is paramount for their mainstream integration. Driven by this belief, Mr. Singh pursued his passion beyond retirement, rallying professionals from diverse backgrounds to actualize his vision. Thus, "AARUHI VIKASH SANSTHAN" was born—a testament to his commitment to inclusive strategies aimed at uplifting communities in need. Mr. Chandan Sabharwal, a dynamic individual with a background in B.Sc. Nautical Sciences, is a passionate philanthropist and budding entrepreneur hailing from Dehradun, the capital city of Uttarakhand, India. He is the proud owner of a thriving 'Hotel and Tourism' business, driven by his commitment to providing exceptional hospitality experiences. His journey with Aaruhi Vikash Sansthan began during his involvement with the Jigyasa project of IPE Global Centre for Knowledge and Development. For three years, Mr. Sabharwal served as a Regional Mentor, leveraging his expertise and experiences to contribute significantly to the project's objectives. Mr. Arun Kumar Mishra holds a B. Tech degree in Electronics & Communications and boasts over 21 years of extensive experience in the information technology sector. With a specialization in embedded software design and development on Linux and RTOS platforms, he has established himself as a seasoned professional in his field. Throughout his career, Mr. Mishra has demonstrated prowess in every facet of the system development life cycle. From requirements gathering and design to integration, testing, documentation, and support, he has consistently delivered high-quality solutions. His expertise extends to embedded environments, encompassing Linux kernel, RTOS, bare metal OS, and boot loader U-boot device drivers. Notably, Mr. Mishra has garnered recognition for his significant contributions to LTE and GSMbased telecommunication products, earning him a commendable reputation in the industry. Beyond technical proficiency, he possesses excellent communication skills, coupled with strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, making him a valuable asset to any team or project. 

Mrs. Shalini Mishra, holding a Master's degree in Economics and Education, has dedicated her recent years to homemaking while nurturing a profound academic background. Graduating with a B.Ed. from Banaras Hindu University in 2009, she pursued her passion for education further with a Master's in Economics from Veer Bahadur Singh Poorvanchal University in 2010, followed by an M.Ed. from Nehru Gram Bharati University in 2012. With five years of experience in secondary education, Mrs. Mishra's teaching journey exemplifies her commitment to empowering young minds. Mr. Ahmed Tahreem Siddiqui is a seasoned professional with a diverse academic background and over 24 years of extensive experience in the field of social work, primarily in the state of Rajasthan, India. He holds a Master's degree in Economics, along with Postgraduate Diplomas in Human Rights and NGOs Management, underscoring his commitment to social welfare and advocacy. Throughout his career, Mr. Siddiqui has been associated with esteemed organizations such as the District Child Protection Cell in Dungarpur, the Centre for Social Defense and Gender Studies in Jaipur (Rajasthan Police Academy), and the Society for Participatory Research in Asia, Jaipur. Throughout his career, Mr. Dhiman has showcased his proficiency in managing large-scale Management Information Systems (MIS) and databases across various IT projects in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, and Union Territories such as Chandigarh and Jammu. He has contributed his expertise to notable organizations including Okaya Power Ltd in Baddi, H.P., Techi Technology Pvt Ltd in Mohali, Punjab, UNDP-NIELIT in H.P., and Jammu Smart City Mission Ltd. Since joining Aaruhi Vikash Sansthan, Mr. Dhiman has been instrumental in applying his knowledge in computer-based Information Technology, MIS, database handling, and related fields to advance the organization's objectives. Damu Nageshwar M.Sc (Chemistry), M.A (Social Work) from Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur and Diploma in Computer Programming and System Management from All India Computer Education Society, New Delhi, is a multifaceted individual, encompassing roles as a social activist, development professional, business & life coach, and entrepreneur. With over 25 years of distinguished career experience, he specializes in promoting skills-based livelihoods in emerging markets. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with prestigious agencies such as the Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Madhya Pradesh (CEDMAP), MART, New Delhi, All India Institute of Local Self Government, Mumbai (AIILSG), and Regional Centre for Urban and Environmental Studies, Mumbai (RCUES), among others. Driven by a passion for holistic development, Mr. Nageshwar has dedicated the past 29 years to uplifting the poor, marginalized, and underprivileged segments of society.
